Mission: To work as partners with people with disabilities in achieving their personal goals for independence by providing choice in training, employment, and social opportunities.
Vision: To be the provider of choice in northern Wisconsin for people with disabilities needing rehabilitation services, employment, vocational training, community based mental health services, supportive services, and residential services.

How can you help Highline?
Everyone deserves the right to be as self-sufficient as possible regardless of the special challenges they may have. People who receive services from Highline Corporation may need assistance with finding or keeping a job, they may have little to no experience with daily living skills, or they may lack the social and recreational experiences that most of us take for granted. When individuals with disabilities walk through our doors, they are given the opportunity to learn skills allowing them to break down these and other barriers and promote their employability and independence. They have the opportunity to become a part of a community where they can learn to fulfill their dreams.
