Maple Leaf Group Home
Residential Services Provided by Highline
Residential Facilities
The best place for anyone to live is in their own home or apartment. However, some people with disabilities find living without support impractical or impossible. For people needing supports to live in the community, Highline provides a continuum of opportunities for living.
The Maple Leaf Group Home
The Maple Leaf is an 8 bed CBRF group home for ambulatory adults with disabilities. The Maple Leaf provides a family atmosphere within a healthy supportive environment. Our resident’s needs are served through residential and community services, but the Maple Leaf retains that sense of home.
During the week, Maple Leaf residents participate in other programs offered by Highline Corporation, or they may be working at a job in the community.
During the evenings and on weekends, Maple Leaf residents are busy doing all the normal activities of living—shopping, laundry, eating out, going to movies, and just having fun.
The Maple Leaf is staffed by very experienced, caring, and trained employees.
Residents of the Maple Leaf frequently achieve a level of independence allowing them to move on to more independent living situations.
Supported Living
Some people need support in order to live in their own home or apartment. For these individuals, Highline provides one-on-one support for shopping, cooking, laundry, cleaning, recreation, medication management, and anything necessary to allow people to live as independently as possible.
